3. Lead Data

Lead records and associated compliance documentation are stored securely and tied to your account. You can access compliance records for your orders through your agent portal at any time.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with third-party service providers (such as Stripe for payment processing) only as necessary to operate the platform. We may disclose information when required by law.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for session management and basic analytics. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some platform features may not function correctly.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and order data for the life of your account and as required for compliance and legal purposes. Compliance records associated with lead orders are retained for a minimum of three years.
